Interfaith's Unique Approach
Our case managers work individually with each client, providing them with the resources their specific situation requires. This ongoing relationship begins with a consultation and a needs assessment. Staff and clients then work together to set and achieve goals with the ultimate result of financial stability.
Comprehensive Resources
Through assessments, case management, partnerships with outside agencies, and supportive services, Interfaith staff offers more than 75 programs that include nutrition, employment, and housing assistance to help clients return to self-sufficiency.
Where Heart Meets Purpose
Our life-changing services are only possible with the support of the entire community.

Interfaith has launched the People for People fund in partnership with Price Philanthropies. This initiative will strengthen services for marginalized communities impacted by recent federal policies.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Our annual Holiday Sponsor a Family event is back and bigger and better for 2025. This year, we’ll open a Winterfaith "shopping mall" filled with toys, clothing, and household items for all ages. Interfaith clients may shop for gifts for themselves and their children.

Interfaith’s One Campaign aims to end family homelessness in North San Diego County, one family at a time. Through a transformational grant from the Bezos Day 1 Families Fund, matched by your support, we can accomplish our mission to help families attain stable housing and get their lives back on track.

Your gift is a lifeline for individuals and families facing short-term, temporary, or emergency crises. Your gift provides resources that help those in need to get back on their feet and thrive.

The Sponsor a Senior program helps provide one-time or ongoing minor expenses to Interfaith’s low-income, older adult clients. Nearly all are in need of additional items that are out of their fixed-income budgets.
