Be a solution to joblessness in our community by directly helping people prepare for and secure employment. Work on the front line at Interfaith’s Carlsbad Service Center by connecting day laborers and job seekers with employers; assist clients with producing a cover letter and résumé, as well as teach clients how to effectively job search on the Internet. With empathy and resourcefulness, you will provide information about basic needs and other resources to move clients from crisis to self-sufficiency.
