Donations to our Sponsor a Veteran program will be used to directly purchase items for a Veteran who moves off the street and into Interfaith’s Grants Per Diem (GPD) bridge housing in Oceanside, as they work toward the goal of transitioning into permanent housing.

Case managers will purchase items most needed by the specific client, but they will generally include clothing, bedding, towels, hygiene supplies, and grocery gift cards.

Interfaith offers transitional housing to both male and female qualifying veterans to reintegrate them into independent living. Support includes education, health, and employment assistance.

Be registered with the San Diego Veterans Administration (VA)

Have discharge status of at least OTH

Currently be homeless or facing impending homelessness

Not have a prior sex offense and/or warrants

GPD Transitional Housing is located in Oceanside.
